A monthly space to continue the work — helping you recognize what's yours, process what you feel, and move through life with more clarity, steadiness and ease.
Most of us were never taught how to feel our emotions. So we push them down, ignore them, or try to "stay positive,"— hoping they'll go away once we feel better. But emotions don't disappear. They settle into the body as tight shoulders, jaw tension, headaches, stomach discomfort, spiraling thoughts, irritability, heaviness, overwhelm and more. They're signals that the body is carrying too much.
This membership gives you gentle, practical ways to rebalance and restore—mentally, physically and emotionally—so you can feel more like yourself again.
Your Body Is Always Communicating
Many people live with tension, overwhelm, anxiety, self-doubt, fatigue, or a sense that something feels off without fully understanding why. Often, these experiences aren't random.
They can be connected to old emotions, long-held beliefs, stress you've been carrying for years, or simply a nervous system that has forgotten how to settle.
Inside this membership, you'll learn how to listen to what your body is telling you and respond with greater awareness, compassion, and ease.
What You’ll Learn Inside the Membership
Inside the membership, you'll learn practical tools that help you feel more grounded, calm, and connected to yourself. Through Jin Shin Jyutsu, breathwork, meditation, guided practices, and coaching, you'll begin to understand what your body is communicating, navigate emotions with greater ease, and return to center more quickly when life feels overwhelming.
What Changes?
Instead of bracing your way through life, you'll begin to feel more grounded, present, and supported from within.
You'll learn how to calm your nervous system and feel what you're feeling rather than constantly trying to fix, avoid, or escape it.
Why This Feels Gentle (Not Overwhelming)
Each season focuses on a different emotional pattern—fear, anger, worry, or sadness/guilt—allowing us to work with one pattern at a time through simple, practical practices.
Rather than trying to change everything at once, you'll learn small, manageable tools you can use in everyday life. As you do, you'll begin to notice shifts not only in your thoughts, but in your body as well.
What Clients Say
Clients share that they feel calmer, clearer, and more at ease. Many report less physical discomfort, improved sleep, and a greater awareness of themselves.
We're Not Starting with the Mind
Most of us try to manage our emotions in our mind, replaying, analyzing or trying to think our way to feeling better.
It Starts in the Body
Emotional overwhelm doesn't begin in the mind. It begins when the body, tightens, braces or gets overloaded—making even small moments feel even bigger than they are.
What You're Holding Affects How You Feel
Unresolved fear, worry, irritation, sadness or emotional residue can quietly linger in the body. Over time, this makes it hard to feel calm, grounded or steady.
In this Membership
You'll learn practices you can do anywhere, anytime—at home, at work, whenever you feel stressed.
2 Live Sessions a Month
A blend of Jin Shin Jyutsu, breathwork, meditation, yoga teachings, reflective practices and coaching
Shared Community
You won't be doing this work alone. The live sessions bring us together, and that shared space—where women learn from one another, feel seen, and realize they're not alone in what they're feeling—is an important part of this experience.
Bonus Pop-Up Classes
I teach 4–5 pop-up classes each year on topics that aren't part of our regular seasonal focus. As a member, you'll receive access to attend live and revisit the recordings whenever you'd like as part of your membership..
Between-Session Support
On alternate weeks, I share additional content such as recorded yoga classes, guided meditations, teachings, journal prompts, and other practices to support you between our live sessions.
Belief + Mindset Support
Reflective practices that help shift habitual patterns
Full Membership Library
As a member, you'll have access to every class, teaching, practice, and resource available inside the membership.

DONNA
Jin Shin Jyutsu is a gentle, ancient healing art that uses your breath and the placement of your hands on specific areas of the body to help it rebalance and restore itself. It's similar to acupuncture without the needles. Many people feel calmer, lighter and more grounded within minutes.
The second and forth Wednesday of the month from 4-5pmET
The body follows nature's rhythms more than we realize. Each season carries it's own emotional tone—and when we work with it instead of against it, everything softens.
See the Timeline process below for February-May.
For most of life, I tried to think my way through difficult emotions. But in the hardest time of my life, I learned that my body was carrying as much as my mind—and it needed support too.
That's when I found Jin Shin Jyutsu—a practice that helped calm my fear, ease the tightness in my chest and throat, and give me moments where I could breathe. It became a lifeline and eventually the foundation of the work I teach.
Now through a blend of Jin Shin Jyutsu, meditation, breathwork, gently yoga teachings and belief work, I help women reconnect with themselves.
Your body already knows how to support you, you just need a way to listen.
What's coming up in the membership JUly- September
Summer invites us to spend more time outside, connect with others, and enjoy a slower pace. It can also be an opportunity to ask ourselves: What's actually true for me?
Too often, we say one thing while feeling another.
Over time, that disconnect can make it harder to know what is actually true for us.
This month, we'll explore where we may be saying yes when we mean no, minimizing our needs, or shaping ourselves around the expectations of others.
Last month, we explored where we may be saying one thing while feeling another.
This month, we'll begin the practice of living from what is true for us—expressing our needs more clearly, honoring our preferences, setting boundaries when necessary, and trusting ourselves more deeply.
As summer begins to give way to Fall, many of us start looking ahead. We think about what's next, what needs to be done and how to prepare. The mind can become busy trying to figure everything out, seeking certainty in an uncertain world.
This month we'll explore what happens when we loosen our grip on needing all the answers and begin trusting that we'll have what we need when the moment arrives.
