Process What You Feel to Heal

Process What You Feel to Heal Membership

Instructor: Suzanne Andora BarronLanguage: English

A monthly space to help you soften overwhelm, release stored emotions, and reconnect with yourself — so you can move through life with more clarity, confidence, and ease.

Why This Matters?

Most of us were never taught how to feel our emotions. So we push them down, ignore them, or try to "stay positive,"— hoping they'll go away once we feel better.  But emotions don't disappear. They settle into the body as tight shoulders, jaw tension, headaches, stomach discomfort, spiraling thoughts, irritability, heaviness, overwhelm and more.

They're signals that the body is carrying too much. This membership gives you gentle, practice ways to rebalance and restore—mentally, physically and emotionally—so you can feel more like yourself again.

How This Membership Supports You

What You’re Feeling Has a Cause

Most women feel the tightness, pressure and restlessness in their bodies—but they don't realize it's often unresolved worry, fear, anger sadness or the constant need to do more.

What You’ll Learn Inside the Membership

Inside this membership, you'll learn simple practices that help your body to soften and settle, so the tension you've been holding can finally begin to loosen

What Changes?

Instead of bracing through your days, you'll start to feel more grounded, present and supported from within.

Why This Feels Gentle (Not Overwhelming)

Each month focuses on a different emotional pattern at a time, so the work feels gentle, doable and never overwhelming—and you can actually feel shifts in your body, not just think about them.

What Clients Say

Clients share they feel calmer, clearer and more empowered with less physical and emotional discomfort weighting on them.

What Makes This Feel Different

We're Not Starting with the Mind
Most of us try to manage our emotions in our mind, replaying, analyzing or trying to think our way to feeling better.

It Starts in the Body
Emotional overwhelm doesn't begin in the mind. It begins when the body, tightens, braces or gets overloaded—making even small moments feel even bigger than they are.

What You're Holding Affects How You Feel
Unresolved fear, worry, irritation, sadness or emotional residue can quietly linger in the body. Over time, this makes it hard to feel calm, grounded or steady.

You'll learn practices you can do anywhere, anytime—at home, at work, whenever you feel stressed.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Jin Shin Jyutsu

Jin Shin Jyutsu is a gentle, ancient healing art that uses your breath and the placement of your hands on specific areas of the body to help it rebalance and restore itself. It's similar to acupuncture without the needles. Many people feel calmer, lighter and more grounded within minutes.

When do you meet?

What's coming up in the membership?

The body follows nature's rhythms more than we realize. Each season carries it's own emotional tone—and when we work with it instead of against it, everything softens.

See the Timeline process below for February-May.

A Little About Me

For most of life, I tried to think my way through difficult emotions. But in the hardest time of my life, I learned that my body was carrying as much as my mind—and it needed support too.

That's when I found Jin Shin Jyutsu—a practice that helped calm my fear, ease the tightness in my chest and throat, and give me moments where I could breathe. It became a lifeline and eventually the foundation of the work I teach.

Now through a blend of Jin Shin Jyutsu, meditation, breathwork, gently yoga teachings and belief work, I help women reconnect with themselves.

Your body already knows how to support you, you just need a way to listen.

What's coming up in the membership February- May

February: Self Trust

Learning to love yourself—even in the hard moments—is where self-trust begins. When you stop treating mistakes or tender moments as proof that something is wrong with you, you begin to trust yourself in each moment—even the hard ones.

You’ll practice softening self-doubt and reconnecting with the part of you that knows how to move gently forward — without abandoning yourself when things feel hard.

March—Leaning further into Self-Trust

Because the "I can't" language is so loud in our heads, we'll lean further into self-trust this month. so "I can" becomes not just what we tell ourselves but what our body and mind intrinsically knows.

April—Boundaries Voice & Self-Respect

Spring is the season of emerging—a time when nature awakens, energy rises, and everything begins to move again. The emotion related to Spring is anger.

Anger isn't about being reactive. It's about recognizing when something is out of alignment. This month, we'll explore how anger can clarify your boundaries and strengthens your voice.

May—Clearing the Mental Clutter

As Spring energy grows stronger, the mind becomes busier. Anger toward inward show up as self-criticism, self-judgement, overthinking and the pressure to figure everything out. We'll explore how to use this energy to calm the mind and the body, and take supportive action.
