Feel, Heal & Align teaches you how to lean in, how to remember, and how to connect to the truest part of you—where your light shines the brightest.
I created Feel, Heal & Align where you can learn these same practices to support yourself when you're feeling out of sorts, physically or mentally, and return to a more grounded version of yourself.
Here's an example regarding worry.
They can settle into our body and show up as physical or mental discomfort, e.g. neck pain, a tight back, or that heavy, stuck feeling you can’t quite name.
Imagine getting to be more present, steady, and supported in your body and your life.
How would you live?

We focus on one core emotion—worry, fear, anger, sadness, or efforting/pretending—and explore it together through supportive practices that help you lean in and begin releasing what no longer serves you.
You'll Learn to:
– Ease the weight of worry and uncover what it’s trying to protect
– Calm the grip of fear and reconnect with your courage
– Soften the heat of anger, learn its messages and express yourself with clarity and calm
– Find quiet in grief and begin to rediscover joy
– Let go of pretending/overdoing and return to your truth
★ Membership Components
focused on weaving the practices into daily life—supporting what’s working and gently meeting what’s not. (We meet the first and 3rd Wednesdays of the month).
On the second and 4th Wednesday of the month you'll receive a recorded practice: meditation, breathwork, or visualization
to balance your energy, release stuck emotions, and promote healing
To gently shift beliefs and create new patterns, you'll. be offered a mindset challenge to beginning practicing in your life. Past examples include: 1)Get comfortable with Rejection 2)Practice to speaking up and using your voice
Access to all past recorded content in the membership portal. There you can learn about balancing anger and fear....two topics of previous months.
Access to any pop-up classes or special seasonal sessions (and their recordings)that I offer throughout the year).
