Hi, I'm Suzanne,

What began as a way to find steadiness and healing during a time of profound loss has grown into a daily way of life—one where I weave together powerful practices that help me not only lean into my emotions but also ease physical discomfort like allergies, stomachaches, headaches and more. 

I created Feel, Heal & Align where you can learn these same practices to support yourself when you're feeling out of sorts, physically or mentally, and return to a more grounded version of yourself. 



What does it mean to lean into your emotions?

Here's an example regarding worry.  

One more thought about leaning into your emotions. 


When we suppress emotions like worry, fear, anger or  sadness, or mask our feelings via pretending, they don't just disappear. 

They can settle into our body and show up as physical or mental discomfort, e.g. neck pain, a tight back, or that heavy, stuck feeling you can’t quite name. 


Feel, Heal & Align gives you the space and guidance to slow down and learn specific practices like meditation, breathwork, Jin Shin Jyutsu (like acupuncture without the needles) and belief work to help you feel what’s really there so you can let go and invite in more truth, calm, courage and joy.

Imagine getting to be more present, steady, and supported in your body and your life.

Each month 

We focus on one core emotion—worry, fear, anger, sadness, or efforting/pretending—and explore it together through supportive practices that help you lean in and begin releasing what no longer serves you.



You'll Learn to:
– Ease the weight of worry and uncover what it’s trying to protect
– Calm the grip of fear and reconnect with your courage
– Soften the heat of anger, learn its messages and express yourself with clarity and calm
– Find quiet in grief and begin to rediscover joy
– Let go of pretending/overdoing and return to your truth

Membership Components 

  • Jin Shin Jyutsu – a practice using your hands and breath to support yourself emotionally, ease physical tension, and balance mind, body, and spirit - it's like acupuncture without the needles.
  • Breathwork – to regulate your nervous system and support emotional release
  • Mindset and belief work – to shift thought patterns that no longer serve you
  • Meditation – to ground you and recenter you.

You'll Receive

2 Live group sessions

focused on weaving the practices into daily life—supporting what’s working and gently meeting what’s not. (We meet the first and 3rd Wednesdays of the month). 

2 Recorded practices

On the second and 4th Wednesday of the month you'll receive a recorded practice: meditation, breathwork, or visualization 

4 Jin Shin Jyutsu Meditations 

to balance your energy, release stuck emotions, and promote healing

1 Mindset Challenge

To gently shift beliefs and create new patterns, you'll. be offered a mindset challenge to beginning practicing in your life. Past examples include: 1)Get comfortable with Rejection 2)Practice to speaking up and using your voice 

As a member, you'll also receive:

Access to all past recorded content in the membership portal. There you can learn about balancing anger and fear....two topics of previous months.

Access to any pop-up classes or special seasonal sessions (and their recordings)that I offer throughout the year).
