...it's actually a silent burden. When we push down or ignore our emotions, they don’t just disappear—they settle into the body and begin to affect us emotionally and physically.

Worry, fear, anger, sadness, and the need to please or hold everything together can show up as a tight chest, back tension, fatigue, or some other discomfort. 

Over time, the stuck emotions can become an attitude or way of being, shaping how we feel, respond, and move through life. 

But it doesn't have to stay that way.

Hi I'm Suzanne,

 I discovered these practices after we lost our precious child, Christopher, at the age of nine to leukemia. Grief shook everything and nearly destroyed me. But over time, gentle tools helped me breathe again, learn to balance my emotions and slowly come back to life. 

Today, I'm a yoga instructor, meditation and breathwork guide and a Jin Shin Jyutsu practitioner. For the past fourteen years, I've helped women of all ages reconnect to themselves. 

I created Feel, Heal & Align and Process What You Feel to Heal to teach others how to navigate what they're feeling, support themselves emotionally and ease physical discomfort.
